Unable to load Encarta encyclopedia on my computer. What's the problem ? - encarta kids

I Encarta Encyclopedia 2007 bonus DVD with no problems and I for several months.
One day I was downloading updates from the Internet, and then I can not load the free software on my computer.
You can not start.

I use Microsoft Math, Encarta does a child properly, the Encarta dictionary functions, but
Encarta is not easy.

What is the problem?
I need to install, but I can not use it.
I think my computer meets the system requirements. I have deleted all unnecessary files on my computer.
