Why Do My Legs Keep Aching Headaches,and Body Aches Alot,why Do I Do This?

Headaches,and body aches alot,why do I do this? - why do my legs keep aching

I made a sharp pain in my head and not boring times.It the whole time just hits me sometimes out of nowhere. It is almost always at the front in my head at the top. Also I have this terrible pain in the bones in my body, especially the legs and hands. Why am I doing this?
